New for Autumn the Poached Teriyaki Salmon is the latest addition to our house bowl selection.
For our first ever cooked fish bowl, we’ve marinated the salmon in unagi, a sweet & thickened soy sauce. The all-new bowl is packed with toppings including; pickled red cabbage, sesame cucumber, edamame beans, free-range sriracha drizzled egg & pickled ginger. To complete the umami flavours we’ve added our house blend teriyaki sauce & a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
From just 420 kcals poké fans can build their Poached Teriyaki Salmon bowl with either a sushi rice, brown rice or green leaves base.
We’re not just bringing you a new bowl! You can now add a free-range egg to your ‘go to’ bowl as a premium topping for £1.25 or create your build your own bowl with our new poached salmon protein.
