Fusing fresh ingredients including salmon, pink sushi rice, edamame, pea shoots, pickled ginger, rhubarb slaw, wild garlic aioli and edible flowers, we’ll also be supporting the local supply chain (shout out to our pals at Growing Underground in Clapham and Nurtured in Norfolk!) And if you’re stopping by our Shoreditch Island, don’t miss our giant floral replica from Margate florists Mahal Kita.
Our Spring Bowl will be available nationwide as a DIY kit from April 12th until the end of May so if you’re locked down, you can still get a taste of our Island Life (just at your kitchen island!)
