We’ve joined forces with smoked meat specialists Pitt Cue for our latest collab; the Smoked Caramel Chicken Poké Bowl. Pitt Cue’s Smoked Caramel Chicken Thighs have legendary status and they’re now set to top a bowl of Poké. The epic new bowl also comes with Chicken Skin Crackling, White Onions pickled in brown beer, a super light slaw marinated in Thai Green Chilli Laab Dressing, and our burnt corn salsa. Everything sits on Sushi Rice that is dressed with Pitt Cue’s Green Chilli Laab Mayo.
